When is SantaPark open?
SantaPark is open during winter season. You can always check our exact opening dates and hours from the home page or opening times and ticket prices page. Occasionally we are open for special events outside of our regular opening hours.
How do I purchase an entrance ticket to SantaPark?
Entrance tickets can be purchased online on this website or on arrival at the SantaPark ticket booth. We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.
How much does the taxi ride to SantaPark cost?
The taxi ride from Rovaniemi city center to SantaPark costs approx. 20 euros.
How to enter to SantaPark?
Keep your booking confirmation with you and show it to our staff upon your arrival as all tickets are required to change to bracelets. You may print your confirmation or show it on your mobile devices.
Are there some days when SantaPark has a lot of visitors?
Yes, especially during the winter season some of the days can get quite busy. We do our best to forecast the very busy days and will have the information available on our website.
Is it cold in Santa’s home cavern?
SantaPark is an indoor Christmas theme park, so no need to worry about getting cold here! You will get by just fine in your regular indoor clothes. You can store your winter clothes at the self-service cloakroom next to the ticket booth.
Can I take a photograph of Santa Claus using my own camera?
Of course! You can take as many photos as you want with your own camera. If you wish, you can also buy an official photograph of yourself with Santa in his office.
Can animals be brought to SantaPark?
We love all our animals friends, but unfortunately they are not allowed inside the cavern. However, guide dogs are more than welcome to accompany their owners.
Can I smoke in SantaPark?
Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas of SantaPark.
Are there first aid facilities in SantaPark?
Yes, SantaPark has a first aid room. If first aid is needed, please contact any of the Elves.
How are mobility restrictions taken into account in SantaPark?
SantaPark has wide corridors with flat floors, and our toilets are easily accessible and spacious. Almost all of our activities are accessible with zero to only a few steps, and our Elves are always happy to offer their assistance whenever it is needed.
We do not have a separate parking area for our mobility-restricted guests, but you are welcome to drive to the main entrance on your arrival and departure. However, during your visit, please leave your car in our parking area.
Is it possible to borrow a wheelchair in SantaPark?
Yes, we have wheelchairs. The Elves in the ticket booth are happy to provide you with more information.
Does SantaPark have a lost and found department?
Yes, lost and mislaid items are collected from the cavern daily. If you notice any of your belongings missing during your visit, please contact the Elves at the Post Office or the ticket booth. After your visit, you can email us at email@example.com.
Do you have pushchairs in SantaPark?
Yes, we offer pushchairs for our guests. You can borrow one for the day for a 30€ deposit.
Are there baby changing facilities in SantaPark?
Yes, there are two baby changing facilities at SantaPark, one by the ticket sales booth and one by the Undercrossing of the Arctic Circle.
How have food allergies been taken into account at Kota cafe?
In addition to serving a range of gluten-free and milk-free products, Kota cafe also serves delicious food that does not contain eggs or nuts. The lunch menu always includes a vegetarian option. Please ask our elves if you need any assistance with the food selection.
Does SantaPark provide accommodation?
Arctic TreeHouse Hotel is located right next to SantaPark. You are also welcome to visit our Rakas Restaurant & Bar, located in the hotel main building.
