Kindly notice that entrance tickets are available online up to one day ahead of arrival. After that you may purchase your tickets on the spot when arriving to SantaPark- Home Cavern of Santa Claus.

All our entrance tickets are valid two consecutive days, when used on the booked day. However, all VEP inclusions can be used only once during those two days. All tickets must be changed for bracelets at the ticket office.

Your order confirmation will serve as your entrance ticket to SantaPark. If you didn’t receive the confirmation via email after making a successful payment, please check your junk mail folder.

Price

Starting from 390 € / VEP Package (1-4 persons)

extra persons:  Starting from 80 € / person (3 years old or older). This ticket can be purchased also for infant whom would like to have all the VEP inclusions and experiences.

extra infant (children under 3 years old):
free of charge but none of the VEP inclusions are included.

• Present from Santa Claus to extra infant (children under 3 years old)  – 25 € / present (soft toy).  Suitable if you are travelling with an extra infant for whom none of the VEP package inclusions are included.

Have you always wondered what it takes to be an Elf in Santa’s own home cavern? Now you have the possibility to hear all the Elf secrets and stories from the real Elf! Your private Elf-guide ensures that your experience in SantaPark is smooth and pleasant by showing and telling all the secret passages and essential information about the cavern.

With our Private Elf service, your personal elf will guide you straight to Santa, ensuring a direct and seamless visit without the wait. At the Gingerbread Bakery and lunch, a table is already reserved just for you, adding a delicious touch to your visit.

In addition, Elf would like to hear something about your family in advance to give you personalised once in a lifetime experience in their home cavern.
