When making a group reservation, we kindly ask you to assist us with following information:

Date of visit
Estimated arrival time
Group name / reference number
Amount of adults participants
Amount of child participants including age
Amount of guides attending

It is recommended to reserve the tickets and make final updates to group sizes via email latest 5 days prior to arrival via email sales@santapark.com, if possible. Kindly notice that all the tickets must be changed into bracelet when entering SantaPark.
