Ratings and Reviews are not verified by ProSanta Ltd for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading. Ratings and Reviews may not contain any offensive or defamatory language. Any Feedback you submit to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. By submitting Feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you.

Photos and videos

ProSanta Ltd reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at safaris/ tours organized by the SantaPark Arctic World or its trusted subcontractor without the expressed written/oral permission of those included within the photograph/video. ProSanta Ltd or its trusted subcontractor may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the ProSanta Ltd including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact security(a)santapark.com writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph.

Any person or organization not affiliated or subcontracted with ProSanta Ltd may not use, copy, alter or modify ProSanta Ltd photographs, graphics, video or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from ProSanta Ltd.
