When is SantaPark open?
SantaPark opens its doors for the winter season from early November to early January. For exact dates and daily hours, just jingle over to our homepage or Opening Times & Ticket Prices page. Sometimes we also host special events beyond our regular season, stay tuned!
How do I buy entrance tickets to SantaPark?
You can purchase tickets right here on our website or at the ticket booth when you arrive. We accept most major cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express.
I didn’t receive my booking confirmation. What now?
Oh no! First, peek into your junk or spam folder—sometimes our elf mail takes a wrong turn. Still nothing? Send us a message at info@santapark.com, and we’ll sort it out faster than you can say “gingerbread.”
Are some days busier than others?
Yes, especially close to Christmas, the cavern can get quite lively. We recommend visiting in the morning or later in the evening for a calmer experience. We’ll always try to keep you updated about the busiest days on our social media channels.
How do I enter SantaPark once I arrive?
Show your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone) to our ticket Elves, and they’ll swap it for a magical wristband that grants you entry to the entire underground wonderland.
Is it cold inside SantaPark?
Not at all! SantaPark is fully indoors and cozy all season long. Regular indoor clothes are just right. There’s also a self-service cloakroom by the entrance for your winter gear.
Can I take photos with Santa using my own camera?
Absolutely! Snap away as much as you like. You can also purchase an official Santa photo for a sparkling memory to take home.
Can I bring my pet to SantaPark?
As much as we love furry friends, pets must stay above ground. Guide dogs, however, are always welcome to accompany their humans.
Can I smoke at SantaPark?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the cavern. Thanks for keeping the air as fresh as the Arctic snow.
Is there a first aid room at SantaPark?
Yes, we have a dedicated first aid room. If you need help, just let one of our Elves know, they’ll take care of you.
Is SantaPark accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Yes! The cavern has flat, wide corridors, accessible toilets, and most experiences can be reached without stairs. Our helpful Elves are always happy to assist. While we don’t have separate accessible parking, you’re welcome to drive to the main entrance for drop-off.
Can I borrow a wheelchair at SantaPark?
Yes, we have a limited number of wheelchairs available. Just ask the Elves at the ticket booth and they’ll help you out.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, all found items are collected daily. If you’re still here, ask at the Post Office or ticket booth. If you’ve already left, send us an email at elfmail@santapark.com and we’ll do our best to reunite you with your missing treasure.
Are there pushchairs available?
Yes, we offer pushchairs for day use with a 30€ deposit. Just ask at the entrance, and you’re good to go.
