We’ve thoughtfully designed our underground world to be both accessible and welcoming, so your visit is as magical as it is comfortable.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at the entrance and in the First Aid room (approximately 2–4 units).
Guide dogs
Guide dogs are warmly welcomed with official certification to ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors.
Accessible restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located both at the entrance and in the main cavern area.
Accessibility
The entire park is wheelchair-accessible, with the exception of the VR attraction, which has stairs. Our team may assist if possible, but for safety reasons, we recommend enjoying the many other magical and fully accessible experiences.
Personal assistant
Personal assistants or support persons receive free entry when accompanying a guest who requires assistance.
