Group Booking & Slot Policy
To ensure the best experience, SantaPark operates with a dedicated group slot policy. Each reserved slot includes coordinated timing for a buffet lunch and one of the four daily Elf Shows, supporting smooth operations and crowd management.

To help us prepare for your visit, we kindly ask you to provide the following details when making a reservation:

To ensure smooth planning and availability, we recommend confirming your group visit and final group size at least 14 days prior to arrival, if possible.
